1) What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?
I handle qualitative and quantitative analyses to provide as much useful information as possible for developing our technology. This includes identifying incoming and outgoing resources to optimize their valorization. My primary goal is to implement specific processes tailored to each type of industrial wastewater, actively collaborating with the team to identify the most effective treatment solutions.
2) What was your educational background?
I earned the qualification of Higher Technician for Product Sustainability and Nanotechnologies. Afterward, I chose to join Circular Materials, where I’ve been working for three years. Here, I’ve developed specialized technical skills in laboratory work and industrial chemical processes, gaining hands-on experience in R&D. This professional journey has also allowed me to acquire management capabilities and new soft skills, complementing my technical background with practical, operational expertise.
3) How have you developed your skills at CM?
Circular Materials provides a dynamic work environment that values existing skills while encouraging the development of new ones. Throughout my experience, I’ve particularly honed two key abilities: managing complex projects simultaneously and employing strategic problem-solving in unforeseen situations. My technical skills continue to evolve, adapting to new challenges and the increasing complexity of my role.
4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?
I’ve built an excellent relationship with all my colleagues, both within and outside the company. The diversity of educational backgrounds and expertise has fostered constructive synergies, contributing to mutual professional growth and the development of new skills.
5) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?
What strikes me most about Circular Materials is its commitment to creating sustainable solutions for the recovery and valorization of industrial waste. Recovering resources that are increasingly difficult to extract is key to a circular approach that makes a tangible contribution to environmental protection.
