1) What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?
I am a laboratory technician, and I handle the chemical-physical analyses of the samples processed in our production department. My job requires great attention to detail to ensure that every piece of data collected is precise and accurate, providing essential support for the continuous improvement of our processes. My goal is to deliver reliable results that meet the needs of our clients, contributing to informed decisions that promote the success of our operations and the complete satisfaction of our partners.
2) What was your educational background, and how have you developed your skills at Circular Materials?
After graduating from a Technological Scientific High School, I continued my studies at ITS Red, specializing in nanotechnology. This path allowed me to work in different laboratory settings, particularly in chemical and microbiological fields, where I honed my technical and analytical skills.
3) How would you describe your relationship with the team?
I enjoy working in a young and cohesive team, where continuous interaction with highly qualified colleagues, many of whom hold PhDs, has significantly broadened my technical and cultural knowledge. These new insights have not only enriched my professional skills but also helped me grow personally, allowing me to tackle the daily challenges I face at Circular Materials successfully.
4) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?
I particularly appreciate the company’s strong commitment to the environment, sustainability, and ability to treat and recycle waste materials, giving them new life for renewed use. Additionally, I find it extremely rewarding to contribute directly to the data collection and analysis we provide to our clients. This service not only improves the efficiency of their products but also highlights our dedication to promoting sustainable and innovative solutions.
