This project involves me in all stages, from laboratory-scale research to scale-up and industrialization of the entire process, including interactions with customers and partners. Additionally, I am involved in data collection and analysis for the monitoring and <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">implementation of<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> CM processes.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2) What was your educational background<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I graduated from the University of Padua, completing bachelor&#8217;s and master&#8217;s courses in <em>Materials Science<\/em>. After graduation, I continued my education with a Ph.D. in Padua, where I deepened my knowledge of cathode materials involved in electrocatalysis processes. Before joining CM, I participated in a research project at the University of Padua on the synthesis and characterization of electrocatalysts for hydrogen production.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3) How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">The technical-scientific skills developed during my university period are essential for understanding and developing the processes followed at CM. Being involved in the scale-up and industrialization phases of processes optimized in the laboratory, as well as frequent exchanges with partners and clients, is allowing me to develop cross-disciplinary knowledge, which is just as fundamental as technical-scientific skills for <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the development of<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> new technology.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">We are a young and dynamic group that adopts a multidisciplinary approach. Teamwork, along with continuous discussions and exchanges, allows us to address the various tasks assigned to us in the best possible way.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I believe that the recovery of metals, which would otherwise go to waste, can have a positive and tangible impact on <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">the development of<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> an increasingly sustainable economic model.
