This includes identifying incoming and outgoing resources to optimize their valorization. My primary goal is to implement specific processes tailored to each type of industrial wastewater, actively collaborating with the team to identify the most effective treatment solutions.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2) What was your educational background<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I earned the qualification of <\/span><em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Higher Technician for Product Sustainability and Nanotechnologies<\/span><\/em><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">. Afterward, I chose to join <em>Circular Materials<\/em>, where I\u2019ve been working for three years. Here, I\u2019ve developed specialized technical skills in laboratory work and industrial chemical processes, gaining hands-on experience in R&amp;D. This professional journey has also allowed me to acquire management capabilities and new soft skills, complementing my technical background with practical, operational expertise.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3) How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><em>Circular Materials<\/em> provides a dynamic work environment that values existing skills while encouraging the development of new ones. Throughout my experience, I\u2019ve particularly honed two key abilities: managing complex projects simultaneously and employing strategic problem-solving in unforeseen situations. My technical skills continue to evolve, adapting to new challenges and the increasing complexity of my role.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>I\u2019ve built an excellent relationship with all my colleagues, both within and outside the company. The diversity of educational backgrounds and expertise has fostered constructive synergies, contributing to mutual professional growth and the development of new skills.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>What strikes me most about <em>Circular Materials<\/em> is its commitment to creating sustainable solutions for the recovery and valorization of industrial waste.
