In addition to the chemistry side, I oversee the engineering aspects of these processes, managing various preliminary and subsequent chemical treatments.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2) What was your educational background<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>I earned my master\u2019s degree in <em>Sustainable Chemistry and Technologies<\/em> from <strong>Ca\u2019 Foscari University<\/strong> in Venice, where I had the chance to research the use of supercritical CO\u2082 in the university\u2019s green chemistry labs. Since my university days, I\u2019ve been fascinated by sustainable chemical processes, and today, I\u2019m excited to contribute meaningfully to this field.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3) How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>The multidisciplinary nature of the <em>Circular Materials<\/em> project has allowed me to deepen my knowledge of chemical plants from various technical perspectives, greatly expanding my understanding of our processes. Applying what I\u2019ve learned to meet our clients\u2019 needs is a constant challenge that pushes me to improve, enrich, and adapt my skill set to this environment.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>The relationship with the CM team is fantastic: the young age and common educational background facilitate interaction and create a stimulating and dynamic working environment. Continuous confrontation on different projects is part of our routine, allowing us to contribute our experience and complementary skills.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>What I value most about <em>Circular Materials<\/em> is our commitment to the circular economy.
