A significant part of my responsibilities involves organizing the team and ensuring the efficient planning of activities and resources.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2) What was your educational background<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>I hold a Bachelor&#8217;s degree in <em>Sociology<\/em>, specializing in <em>Criminology and Social Research<\/em>. I later completed a Master&#8217;s in <em>Organization and Social Change<\/em> from the <strong>University Magna Graecia<\/strong> of Catanzaro, focusing on <em>conflict analysis and management<\/em>. My professional journey began in a personnel recruitment and selection company before expanding into human resource administration within a multinational environment.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3) How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>My background in sociology has proven invaluable in understanding organizational dynamics, which I view as micro-societies. This theoretical foundation, combined with my multinational experience, allows me to apply these insights practically. In my <em>HR<\/em> role, I prioritize qualities such as punctuality, precision, empathy, and mediation skills\u2014all of which I employ daily at <em>Circular Materials<\/em>.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>What distinguishes <em>Circular Materials<\/em> is its collaborative work environment and strong team spirit. From day one, I encountered a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that promotes daily interaction with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
