responsibilities at Circular Materials?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>I handle administrative management and financial planning, which includes forecasting cash flows, drafting budgets and the company&#8217;s business plan, as well as management control.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2) What was your educational background<\/span><\/strong><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">I graduated in <em>Management Engineering<\/em> from the <strong>Politecnico University of Milan<\/strong> and later obtained a <em>Master&#8217;s in Corporate Finance<\/em> from the <strong>London Business School<\/strong>. Before joining <em>Circular Materials<\/em>, I worked for several years in a strategic consulting firm, followed by a role at a bank specializing in private investment management. After that, I led a company in the food production sector for 15 years.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3) How have you developed your skills at CM?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>My expertise in finance has proven particularly useful for the tasks I perform at <em>Circular Materials<\/em>, especially in managing and planning cash flows, which are crucial for the growth of a startup. The real challenge has been applying established management methodologies in a context where &#8220;Research and Development&#8221; is one of the main activities.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>As a &#8220;senior&#8221; member of the team, I deeply appreciate the informal and collaborative atmosphere at <em>Circular Materials<\/em>. It&#8217;s always a pleasure to come into the office and interact with people who are incredibly passionate about their work. Moreover, I believe my many years of experience perfectly complement the enthusiasm of a young and dynamic team.<\/p><p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">5) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p>I greatly appreciate <em>Circular Materials<\/em>&#8216; role in building a sustainable economy, combining entrepreneurial challenges with a strong environmental and social focus. Our technology helps reduce energy waste and environmental damage by enhancing key elements of industrial processes.
