1) What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?
At Circular Materials, I handle a wide range of tasks, from metalworking maintenance to cleaning spaces, as well as emergency interventions at our clients’ sites. I aim to ensure the smooth running of every operational aspect, responding quickly to address any new needs. Every day differs from the last, and this variety allows me to contribute to the company’s daily well-being.
2) What was your educational background, and how have you developed your skills at Circular Materials?
After completing Industrial High School and a specialized electrician course, I gained experience in various professional fields. I worked as a civil laborer, an electrical and metalworking maintenance technician, and a driver in the customs and public transport sectors. At Circular Materials, I found an environment that values my versatility and, thanks to my curiosity and motivation, allows me to continue growing professionally.
3) How would you describe your relationship with the team?
Collaborating with younger colleagues is incredibly stimulating, as combining their ideas with my experience allows us to share and broaden our perspectives, creating a winning synergy. This continuous exchange enriches our work and demonstrates the value of collaboration and diversity within the Circular Materials team.
4) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?
At Circular Materials, what strikes me the most is the seamless integration of innovation and sustainability. These elements not only fuel my ongoing desire to learn but also demonstrate a solid and forward-thinking commitment to creating operational solutions that have a positive impact on the environment.
