1) What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?
My role encompasses comprehensive human resource management, from personnel administration to talent acquisition and selection. A significant part of my responsibilities involves organizing the team and ensuring the efficient planning of activities and resources.
2) What was your educational background?
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, specializing in Criminology and Social Research. I later completed a Master’s in Organization and Social Change from the University Magna Graecia of Catanzaro, focusing on conflict analysis and management. My professional journey began in a personnel recruitment and selection company before expanding into human resource administration within a multinational environment.
3) How have you developed your skills at CM?
My background in sociology has proven invaluable in understanding organizational dynamics, which I view as micro-societies. This theoretical foundation, combined with my multinational experience, allows me to apply these insights practically. In my HR role, I prioritize qualities such as punctuality, precision, empathy, and mediation skills—all of which I employ daily at Circular Materials.
4) How would you describe your relationship with the team?
What distinguishes Circular Materials is its collaborative work environment and strong team spirit. From day one, I encountered a welcoming and supportive atmosphere that promotes daily interaction with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. This collaboration not only enriches my professional experience but also enables us to create meaningful value for the company.
5) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?
When I first visited the Circular Materials site during the application process, I was immediately drawn to the company’s vision and mission. The commitment to sustainability and material recovery aligns perfectly with my values, making my work here particularly meaningful.
