We’re expanding our team and looking for an HSE Specialist with training and qualifications as an ASPP and/or RSPP certificationto support our company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental management system.
Experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), elemento chiave per il miglioramento dell’impatto ambientale delle attività aziendali.
Principali responsabilità:
- Gestire ed essere Responsabile di tutte le attività autorizzative Ambientali
- Dialogare per le attività autorizzative e per il loro mantenimento con enti esterni (Provincia, Regione, ASL, ARPA, consulenti, RLS) e supportare le ispezioni
- Manage and/or support the Prevention and Protection Service (SPP) in conformità al D.Lgs. 81/08
- Collaborate on risk assessments, all’elaborazione e aggiornamento del (DVR, DUVRI, emergency plans), DUVRI, e piani di emergenza
- Conduct periodic inspections, environmental and safety analyses, and identify risk conditions
- Coordinare o supportare le attività formative e informative per i lavoratori in ambito HSE
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Support the integration and management of certification systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
Un elemento distintivo del ruolo sarà il contributo alla sostenibilità ambientale through:
- Managing or supporting LCA studies for products, processes, or facilities
- Collecting and analyzing environmental data across the product life cycle
- Collaborazione con altri dipartimenti (es. R&D, Produzione, Qualità, Commerciale) per integrare logiche di ecodesign e carbon footprint nelle attività aziendali
Basic knowledge of ISO 14040/14044 è considerata un valore aggiunto.
As ASPP and/or RSPP, la risorsa potrà essere coinvolta nelle seguenti attività:
- Identifying and assessing specific risks (chemical, mechanical, ergonomic, etc.)
- Proposing technical and organizational prevention and protection measures
- Working closely with company leadership to manage workplace safety
- Planning and managing corrective and improvement actions
- Coordinating with other internal or external ASPPs (if acting as RSPP)
- Preparing periodic reports on the company’s safety performance
Requirements:
- Degree in a technical or scientific field (preferably Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or Prevention Techniques)
- Valid ASPP and/or RSPP certification
- At least 2 years of experience in HSE roles
- Solid knowledge of current safety and environmental regulations
- Capacità di redigere e aggiornare la documentazione tecnica HSE
- Strong command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with HSE software is a plus

Contract: Metalworking Industry.
Work hours & location: da lunedì al venerdì; Cadoneghe (PD).
Contract: full-time, open-ended contract.
Remuneration: €30.000,00 – €60.000,00 all’anno.
Benefit: meal vouchers.
Additional compensation: 13th-month salary.
