Our high-pressure and high-temperature system management is developed to process qualified fluids safely and automatically.

In the event of a malfunction, the system is designed to bring itself to a safe condition to contain any release and return to service as quickly as possible.

  • More than 99% of the dissolved metals are recovered as powder and separated from the water, which is effectively de-metallized. Large volumes of water can be treated, from over 100L/h up to 500L/h in combination with a concentration unit, several modules are available. Each system is sized to suit your needs.

Water is the only fluid used during operations, and the entire process is monitored by an automated control system that dynamically optimizes operating conditions according to the composition of the incoming wastewater.

Our technology works with any dissolved metal in all wastewater, even the most corrosive and complex. The plant's capacity can be easily adapted with modular treatment and concentration units. Operations are flexible, scalable, and continuous.

Precious metals and oxides (Cu, CuO, Ni, NiO, Ru, RuO, and many others) can be recovered on-site and directly transformed into salts for electroplating bath regeneration.

Our technology can effectively oxidize organic components and cyanides to reduce the impact on further downstream treatment or requirements for other technologies, effectively providing a universal solution for industrial wastewater treatment.

A large part of operating costs is related to transportation costs. The ability of our technology to effectively separate metals from water and eliminate toxic sludge significantly reduces the amount of liquid that needs to be stored, treated and handled, and consequently helps to reduce all associated costs.
