Every Friday, I like to create a small portrait of my colleagues, trying to capture the human and professional essence of each one. This week, however, I decided to reverse the roles: I asked them to describe me in just one word.

In the meantime, here’s Edoardo’s interview:
1) What are your responsibilities at Circular Materials?
I handle digital marketing and corporate communication, planning and implementing effective strategies across different channels. My role combines a strategic component, focused on defining long-term objectives, with an operational one, aimed at solving daily challenges. The main goal is to ensure consistent communication with all involved stakeholders, enhancing CM’s visibility and fostering meaningful interaction with our target audience.
2) What was your educational background? How have you developed your skills at CM?
I earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Commerce, followed by a master’s degree in Marketing and Communication. During my studies, I had the opportunity to hold various positions, developing soft skills such as flexibility and adaptability, which I apply daily at CM. Here, I continue to grow professionally, putting the knowledge I gained into practice and addressing the company’s needs, improving my ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and strengthening my operational effectiveness.
3) How would you describe your relationship with the team?
The availability of my colleagues made my integration into Circular Materials smooth from the very beginning, and it was crucial for acquiring the company’s specific technical skills, which are quite different from my previous background.
Moreover, since we come from diverse educational paths, we can develop cross-functional skills, creating a cohesive and highly efficient team.
4) What aspects of the Circular Materials project do you appreciate the most?
I particularly appreciate the aspects related to sustainability and the circular economy, which were key factors in my decision to apply at Circular Materials.
In a context of limited resources, I believe our solution for recycling CRMs is crucial. CM’s vision is not only forward-thinking and necessary but also contributes to setting new industrial standards and supporting the sustainable development goals of our partners and clients.
